Who is this service for?
We offer support in finding and recruiting a Personal Assistant (PA) / Carer through our Register of PAs as well as supporting you in the setup of a PA / Carer identified by you.
How does it work?
Our service includes support with creating a Job Description and Job Specification through the interview process and employing your PA directly. We will guide you through the legal obligations ensuring you and your PA / Carer are confident in your individual roles.
We run training workshops for both you as an Employer and your PA / Carer which gives you a chance to meet others and ask any questions you might have as an Employer.
We work with other organisations and are able to identify where PAs can receive training for statutory courses including Refresher training.
